We recommend consuming your board within 24 hours of receiving it with the best results being same-day. Allow your board to sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving. This allows the cheese to come to its full flavor.
We do work in a shared space so we cannot guarantee any cross-contamination. Those with severe allergies should not consume our products. However, we take every necessary precaution to avoid it when requested. We currently do not have a vegan offering but can absolutely execute a nut-free or gluten-free option.
We ask for a minimum of 72 hours for boards and two weeks for grazing tables. It is best to reserve as far in advance as possible to ensure the freshest ingredients and quality pairings. We do our best to accommodate any short notice requests.
We will do everything we can! We source local, fresh, seasonal, and artisanal products wherever possible. Please let us know if you love or would rather leave something off your board or grazing table. Additional charges may apply.
We offer a variety of gourmet cured meats such as prosciutto, rillettes, sopressata, genoa salami, mortadella, spanish chorizo, ‘nduja, coppa/capicola jamón ibérico, and salami, paired with artisan cheeses like brie, cheddar, blue cheese, gouda, and more. The selection may vary based on seasonal availability, but we always prioritize quality and diversity.
Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all of our charcuterie boards and grazing tables. We will arrange everything to create a beautiful presentation, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you
We offer a range of board sizes to accommodate different group sizes, from small boards for intimate gatherings to large grazing tables for bigger events. Our boards are typically meant to be enjoyed as appetizers, but we can recommend larger sizes for heartier servings
All food and supplies delivered by It’s Not Just a Board are yours to keep! We provide delivery and set up of the boards and grazing tables, and allow clients to handle clean up of leftovers. We will return the day after the event to pick up the supplies used for the presentation.
